Yoga is a mind, body, spirit practice that helps us find balance. There are many benefits to practicing Yoga and Mindfulness. It helps to build body strength, improve flexibility, increase blood flow, to reduce tension in the body. It helps boost immunity, helps strengthen our focus and concentration. Helps to reduce stress and anxiety, and to release "feel good" energy!
STYLES OF YOGA I TEACH
My specialties for on the mat practices include the following styles:
Foundations of Yoga:
Supportive instructional postural series that combines synchronized breathing.
Great for beginners.
Modified postures that are done on a chair, or using the chair for support. Great way to infuse stretches while in the office or at for at home practice.
Gentle Stretch & Flow:
A sequence which forms a gradual flow into the deeper aspect of the stretch to either gain flexibility, to recover from injury, for stress management and weight management, to reduce chronic conditions.
Flowing style of yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that build balance, strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow.
This practice is all about slowing down, supporting the body through long held postures, and restoring the mind. Wonderful practice to incorporate in the evenings.
My focus is to lead you to compassionately expand your awareness of the breath and guide you to integrate the breath with postures and flow to regenerate prana, the vital energy in the body.
I offer weekly livestream classes, monthly livestream series, coach private 1-1, provide small & large group workshops, bring signature retreats and events, and deliver educational presentations over the course of the year. Stay tuned to upcoming video offerings!

I teach in English, Spanish and bilingual with focus of making this transformative practice more inclusive, diverse and accessible to the community. It is a privilege to share this practice. With empathy and compassion I am committed to serve and empower communities for our greater well-being.
As a Wellness coach I share a unique blend of Mindfulness tools to encourage personal exploration, personal development and self-awareness with guidance that ensure positive, relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Understanding first-hand the special challenges of navigating career, family, finances, health, and life demands, I am passionate about empowering lives with tools that are insightful and tangible. Key areas of coaching themes include:

Over the last four years I have served as a wellness coach and facilitator in healthcare, faith-based, non-profit organizations and corporate for small and large private group settings. I share wellness themes that are relevant to the group setting and the audience with exercises that are engaging, insightful and educational.
