Welcome to this new 6 weeks of Yoga for Women's Wellness, infusing breath, postures and flow, to stretch, strengthen and shine! Are you ready to flow into the Autumn season by nourishing your mind, body and spirit? Do you want to cultivate your inner strength and inner balance? Have good energy, boost your mood? Build your strength, stamina, and have some fun? Then this is for you!
ABOUT
Classes are a dynamic blend of Yoga Breath, Yoga Postures and Yoga Flow. These classes are designed to resonate with women emphasizing self-care, wellness, strength, and vitality; which are often key priorities for women's health. We will focus on movement to stimulate energy, on breath to harmonize the mind and JOY for taking care of your bodies.

LEVEL
The classes are designed to help both new students and experienced practitioners, by allowing each individual to practice at their own pace, while building on their strength, mobility, balance and flexibility. Modifications and options to postures and transitions are offered so that the practice is accessible to all levels. This is a safe place for all members to explore, experience and enjoy!

THINGS YOU'LL NEED FOR CLASS
Note: we practice with bare feet to provide more stability on the mat.
You'll need the following:

Yoga Mat
Optional:

2 Yoga Blocks (or chair)

1 strap (or belt)

2 towels (or throw blanket)
Other suggestions to keep in mind:

Do not eat heavy prior to class

Dress comfortably to allow mobility

Water bottle for hydration

Classes are livestreamed online.

Can book a class up to 2 hours prior to class.

Upon joining, select a class or package.

Upon registration you will receive an email with the online link.

Sign in to class 5 mins prior to class.

The session is briefly open after class for an opportunity to engage, share or ask questions.
