SEPTEMBER 4 WEEKLY SESSION
Welcome to September's Sexy Señoras Fitness! This is a 4 week live online class where we meet once a week for a high vibe Yoga fitness class to promote health, movement and fun while you elevate your fitness goals!
ABOUT THE SESSIONS
This September I'm offering 4 total classes. You can sign up for one class, a couple classes or all four.
We will meet once a week, live on zoom, 30 minutes at noon. This is perfect for beginners and all levels of Sexy Senoras who want motivation to get healthy, fit and feel fabulosas!
We will focus on movement, stretching, strengthening and develop the joy of taking care of our bodies. This is a 1 month trial where you will have the opportunity to receive support in resetting your fitness goals. So whether you want to lose weight, gain more energy, boost your mood, have more strength and flexibility, and have some fun - this is for you!
THINGS YOU'LL NEED
This class is for beginners and all levels. No experience required. To prepare, you will need the following:
2 Yoga Blocks (or chair)
1 strap (or belt)
2 towels (or throw blanket)
Other suggestions to keep in mind:
Do not eat heavy prior to class
Dress comfortably to allow mobility
Water bottle for hydration
Enjoy the sessions!

Classes are livestreamed online.
You only need to register once for all 4 sessions.
Upon registration you will receive an email with the online link.
Sign in to class 5 mins prior to allow yourself time to settle in and enjoy The Fitness Lounge.
The session is briefly open after class for an opportunity to ask me any questions.
Participant microphones will be muted during class.
