ABOUT THE PROGRAM

NOURISH TO FLOURISH is a 2 month hybrid program infusing Mindfulness, Nutrition, Personal Development, and Self-Care.  As your health coach I offer the following support:

 

COACH clients about how to achieve and sustain good health such as a daily routine involving whole, nutritious foods, exercise, stress management, and adequate sleep.

EMPOWER clients to achieve optimal health, for the present and the future, through addressing any imbalances caused by improper nutrition, lifestyle stressors, poor quality sleep, insufficient water, lack of exercise, and relaxation.

EDUCATE clients to evaluate their lifestyle choices and to identify and change any potential causes of ill health.

My mission for this program is to inspire and empower you with tools and insights to guide you towards reaching your short and long-term goals.

SPECIALIZATION  

I will share tools to help you build awareness around your habits and behaviors and support you to get clear on your goals and intentions.  In the sessions, I'll guide you to tune-in, with tools for intuitive exploration, personal development and self-awareness.   I introduce concepts such as:

 

Integrative Nutrition, Ayurveda, Yoga and Mindfulness.  Exploration in the program will support you with improving energy levels, to reduce stress, avoid or manage burnout, and to develop routines that are in tune with your long term health and life goals.

 

I offer a holistic approach to wellness and will help you make choices towards living optimally, while ensuring a positive, relaxing and enjoyable experience.

HOW IT WORKS   

This 2 month program is a hybrid program that will include two (1:1) sessions and six group sessions.  You will receive weekly coaching sessions in a cohort style and move along the program with a small group of 8 women.  Each session is 90 minutes.  Sessions are held via virtual zoom. 

 

Week 1  Visualization  - Your first session will be a 1:1 onboarding session where we have a a conversation about your health and lifestyle concerns, goals and what you envision for yourself during this program.   During the program I will support you in setting attainable goals in the areas you are looking to change, and to discover what is right for you; the right routines, practices and nourishment that fits in your lifestyle that will help you thrive.

Week 2  Awareness - Sessions 2 is held in a group setting.  We will explore all the areas in your life that are getting in the way of your health and happiness.  We will identify the imbalances and determine where you need to spend more time and energy to create balance; i.e. home environment, relationships, social life, joy, spirituality, creativity, finances, career, education, health, physical activity.   

 

Week 3 Alignment - Session 3 is held in a group setting.  This session is a continuation of week 2.  We will dive into the topics of Stress management, work / life balance, understanding your personal limits, setting healthy boundaries.  We will explore aligning your values with your life and creating space for what you desire in your life.

 

Week 4 Rest & Restore - Session 4 is held in a group setting.  I will guide you through a Gentle & Restorative Yoga session.  I will share with you tools for practicing self-care through breath, movement, stretch and meditation.  You will be provided with time to journal at the end of the class.   

Week 5 Nourish - Session 5 is held in a group setting.  We will dive into the topic of Nutrition, supplements, seasonal foods and all things that nourish the body through food.

 

Week 6 Embodiment - Session 6 is held in a group setting. We will bring it all together.  You will integrate what you have learned during this time.  We will talk about clean eating, clean environment and clean routines and create a plan to support your health and wellbeing in a sustainable, manageable and enjoyable way.  

Week 7 Celebration - Session 7 is held in a group setting.  During this session we will share and celebrate your health & wellness milestones in community of Radiant women!

Week 8 Gratitude - This session will be 1:1 where I share my gratitude for allowing me the privilege to support you in you journey.  Here I will ask you to share your experience of the program.  And we will have a conversation about how you can continue to receive my support and share with my my offerings to help you thrive for the long-term.  During this week you will receive a Certificate of Completion.  

Rate:

$895 for the program.  

Payment Options:

Option 1: 3 payments received prior to week 1 / 3 / 6 for $300 ea.

Option 2: 2 monthly payments received at the beginning of each month$450 ea.

Option 2: Full payment for program  $895.

PROGRAM AMENITIES 

In this program you will receive 8 hybrid coaching sessions.  In addition to your weekly sessions, I will offer a weekly Yoga & Wellness session to include the following: 

  • Breathwork & Meditation

  • Gentle & Restorative Yoga

  • Aromatherapy & Self-Massage

These session will be held live via zoom.
