As a Certified Yoga Teacher and Certified Integrative Health Coach, I'm an advocate for empowering individuals and communities towards sustainable healthy living. I provide my clients with ongoing support by exploring lifestyle practices that enable individuals to reach current and future health goals. My approach towards wellness is grounded in exploring ways to optimize mind and body health in an integrative way, while also supporting the wellbeing of our communities. EXPLORE THE PROGRAM
My offerings are designed to guide individuals through classical Yoga postures and introduce breathing fundamentals to help bring about the unity of mind and body. The focus is to support individuals to bring about body awareness, to practice with safe alignment, and to help each person stay focused and present. The classes are designed to help both new students and experienced practitioners by allowing each individual to practice at their own pace while building on their strength, mobility and flexibility. Modifications and options to postures and transitions are offered so that the practice is accessible to all. This is a safe place for all members to explore, experience and enjoy.
The sessions will include guided breath, gentle stretch, slow movement, meditation and restorative postures. The Focus of the sessions:
Breathing techniques to build mind-body awareness
Gentle stretching to alleviate stiffness and tension
Flow to regenerate energy, strength and balance
Stationary supported postures to relax the muscles
Mindful rest to allow the practice to sink into the body
Additionally, the sequences are thoughtfully crafted to integrate educational wellness themes.
HOW IT WORKS
I design a program based on the desire of the client. Depending on the client's needs, I offer one time sessions, packages, and programs for individuals, small groups and large groups. In these sessions, the offerings include the following:
Each session is 60 minutes and can be tailored.
Sessions are held virtual or in person.
We will set a time and structure that meets the client’s needs.
I will provide you with suggestions to prepare for sessions.
