POMEGRANATE CHIA PARFAIT

Feel healthy, happy and inspired by this simple yet beautiful parfait. This delicious combination is a fabulous way to energize your morning, your mid afternoon or to have as an evening snack. Either way, you are sure to love the silkiness and crunch in each spoonful!


WHY NOT HAVE A FRESH START EVERYDAY!


PREP TIME: 15 mins

SERVINGS: 2 people


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup water, 4 tsp chia seeds, 2 cups cashew milk yogurt (or your choice), 1/2 banana, 4 dates, 1 cup granola, 1/4 cup of pomegranate.


TIP:

In order for chia seeds to sprout, you will need to place it in water for a few minutes. Otherwise you can sprinkle the seeds into your parfait to enjoy a grainier texture.
