CITRUS SPICED TEA

As the days are cooler and the nights are longer, there is nothing like a warm seasonal tea to bring you closer into natures delight. Taste the flavors of the season with this aromatic variation of fruit and spices.

SERVINGS: 6 people


INGREDIENTS:

6 cups of water, 1 oranges or tangerine, 1 lemons, 4 slices of ginger, 2 cinnamon sticks, 3 cloves, 1/2 cup of raw honey


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place the water in a pot, and bring the water to a boil. Add sliced oranges or tangerine, sliced lemons, ginger, cinnamon sticks, cloves, into the boiling water for 5 minutes.

  2. Turn off the burner, add the raw honey and stir.

  3. Let the ingredients steep in the pot for 5 minutes.
